The welding effect is good or bad, there are 3 major factors: 1. The material of the plastic part; 2. The welding line design of the plastic part; 3. The structure design of the plastic part.



   At the beginning of the injection of plastic parts, we have to think about these three elements, otherwise no matter how good ultrasonic equipment is used to weld, the effect will not meet the ideal requirements.



  The first major element: the material of the plastic parts



  We need to use materials with high ultrasonic weldability, such as ABS, PC polycarbonate, etc.



  The second major element: the design of the welding line



   Welding line is the part where ultrasonic waves directly condense. There are two basic design methods: 1. Energy-oriented, 2. Shearing design.



  The third element: structural design



   The structural design must consider whether the product needs water tightness and air tightness; whether it needs a satisfactory appearance; and also prevent problems such as plastic condensation or compound overflow.



  After considering the above three elements, we choose a suitable Dongguan ultrasonic welding machine to achieve the ideal welding effect.
