The steel plate pretreatment production line solves the unfavorable factors such as rust and oxide skin of raw materials, and improves the quality of CNC cutting and blanking and the appearance quality of machine tool products.
 
    Application of CNC cutting technology In 1982, the Jinan Second Machine Tool Plant began to apply domestic CNC cutting machines to the cutting and blanking of steel plate parts. In 1988, computer automatic programming nesting technology was applied, which increased the utilization rate of steel plates from 70% to 74%; In 1992, Jinan No. 1 Machine Tool Plant introduced American plasma numerical control cutting machine and laser numerical control cutting machine, and started the application of CNC plasma and laser cutting in the machine tool industry, so that the thickness of 0.5-8mm thin steel plate cutting accuracy reached 0.5~ 1mm. During the Seventh Five-Year Plan, Jinan Second Machine Tool Plant developed and researched the thick steel plate CNC precision cutting technology, which made the thickness of the thick steel plate CNC precision cutting reach 275mm. The project won the first prize of the Seventh Five-Year Process Achievement Award of the Machine Tool Industry of the Ministry of Machinery. In 1993, the Jinan Second Machine Tool Plant introduced a CNC underwater oxygen plasma cutting machine to increase the cutting thickness of CNC plasma carbon steel in the machine tool industry from 8mm to 25mm, reducing the cutting deformation of medium and thick plates and improving the cutting of medium and thick steel parts.     The application of high-efficiency welding technology such as gas shielded welding. With the introduction of foreign technology, in 1981, the Jinan Second Machine Tool Plant first applied 1.6 solid CO2 gas shielded welding technology to replace the 2.4 flux cored of the American VERSON All-steel Mechanical Press Company. The argon gas shielded welding process has made research on the welding process of large-scale welding parts of the press and achieved success. The project won the third prize of scientific and technological progress from the Ministry of Machinery. In 1986, Qiqihar Second Machine Tool Plant applied the 1.2 solid-core argon-rich gas shielded welding technology to solve the welding problem of large-scale welding parts of the press, and used the filament argon arc copper surfacing technology to stack the copper layer on the surface of the piston, cylinder, etc. Welding succeeded in replacing the traditional copper sleeve in our country. In 1992, Jinan No. 1 Machine Tool Plant applied 0.8 solid CO2 gas shielded welding for the first time on the thin-plate cover structure of the machine tool. During the Seventh Five-Year Plan period, the Jinan Second Machine Tool Plant also applied CO2 gas shielded welding to the lengthening welding of the tension bolts of the press. This project won the second prize of the Seventh Five-Year Process Achievement Award of the Machine Tool Industry of the Ministry of Machinery. At present, high-efficiency welding technologies such as gas shielded welding have been widely used in machine tool beds, gears, eccentric bodies, rocker shafts, cylinder blocks, pipeline flanges and covers that are not processed after welding, and have become the machine tool industry. One of the main processes of welding.
 
    Application of vibration aging technology The new technology of vibration aging is a new type of technology developed in the 1960s. This technology has the advantages of strong applicability, energy saving, reducing environmental pollution, shortening the production cycle, and improving production efficiency. Jinan No. 2 Machine Tool Plant began to promote this process to the welded parts of imported products in 1981, and achieved good results. Huangshi Forging Machine Tool Plant conducted in-depth research and application on the vibration aging process during the Seventh Five-Year Plan period, and won the second prize of the Seventh Five-Year Process Achievement Award in the Machine Tool Industry of the Ministry of Machinery. At present, this process has been widely used in the machine tool industry.
