The ultrasonic lace machine generates longitudinal vibration through the energy conversion installation, and amplifies the vibration amplitude by means of the horn; and the motor drives the horn and the flower wheel to rotate respectively. When the flower wheel is pressed down and in contact with the working surface of the horn, the fabric between the flower wheel and the horn is cut and melted under the mechanical effect of ultrasonic (up and down vibration) and thermal effect.
