Installation of ultrasonic welding machine:
1. To ensure safe operation, the welding machine must be grounded reliably, and the resistance to ground must be less than 4 ohms.
2. The welding machine should be placed on a firm, level workbench. There should be a space greater than 150mm behind the machine to facilitate ventilation and heat dissipation.
3. Insert the two ends of the three control wires into the three-pin sockets at the back of the welding machine, and tighten the nuts.
4. Clean the contact surface between the upper welding mold and the ultrasonic vibrating head, connect them with screws, and lock them with a special wrench. The tightening torque is 25 Newtons/m.
5. Connect the air pipe of the external air source to the air filter of the welding machine.
6. Tighten the four lifting screws to fix the ultrasonic vibrating head, but do not use excessive force to avoid sliding teeth.
Debugging of ultrasonic welding machine
Sound wave inspection program:
In order to give full play to the best use of the welding machine, maintain the performance of the welding machine and safe production, every time the machine is used or the welding mold is replaced, the vibration generation system and the vibration level of the vibration system of the welding machine must be adjusted. Therefore, the sound wave detection procedure is very important. .
1. Before testing, the upper welding mold and the ultrasonic vibrating head must be tightly locked, and the upper welding mold must not touch the workpiece during inspection.
2. Turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light is on.
3. Open the door of the side cover.
4. Press the selector switch to the sound wave detection position and observe the indicated value of the amplitude meter. Each time the sound wave detection switch cannot be pressed continuously for more than 3 seconds.
5. Rotate the sonic detection screw clockwise and counterclockwise to make the pointer of the amplitude meter at the low scale value. Note: The pointer of the ammeter can be adjusted below the 1A scale value, and ensure that it is at the low scale position, and the vibration generation system and vibration system of the welding machine have a good spectrum.
