Maintenance Specification For Ultrasonic Cleaner:

1. The power supply is AC 380v. (three-phase four-wire)

2. Connect the signal wire between the ultrasonic power supply and the cleaning tank. (Check connection)

3. Add liquid into the cleaning tank with a height of about 300mm. When the liquid in the tank reaches half the height of the tank, the temperature of 40-55 ℃ is the best.

4. Put the workpiece to be cleaned into the cleaning tank, and try not to contact the bottom directly. Do not hit the side wall of the cleaning tank.

5. Set the time for the ultrasonic to work (note that the time cannot be zero), press the start button of the ultrasonic, and the ultrasonic starts to work.

6. The cleaning time is determined by the degree of oil contamination of the workpiece.

7. Please close the filtered water outlet valve when the circulating filtration is closed.

8. Regularly clean the sludge at the bottom of the cleaning tank.

9. If the equipment is not used for a long time (7 days) in summer, the liquid in the cleaning tank should be drained clean, and in winter, it should be ensured that there is no ice in the tank.

10. If there is large dust in the workshop, compressed air shall be used to clean the dust in the distribution cabinet every month.

Routine Maintenance:

1. Power supply: use the power supply and power cord that meet the equipment specifications. The user's power circuit must be equipped with an air switch dedicated to the cleaning machine to cut off the power supply of the cleaning machine when necessary;

2. Grounding wire: the body and generator of our washing machine will be equipped with special grounding wire on its power lead, which is clearly distinguished from other wires. Because the equipment is in contact with water and corrosive (swelling) liquid level, it is easy to cause electric leakage. Please connect the grounding wire according to the safety requirements;

3. Non-combustible detergent shall be used for the equipment, and flammable and explosive substances shall not be used as detergent. The use of the equipment must be kept away from the places where there are flammable and explosive substances. If users need to use certain substances under special circumstances, they must consult our company to confirm the safety and take corresponding safety protection measures;

4. If there is no liquid in the cleaning tank or the liquid level is insufficient, the equipment will be irreversibly damaged. It is necessary to ensure that sufficient cleaning liquid is injected into the tank during use, otherwise the relevant electric heater, pump and ultrasonic vibrator may be damaged and may cause fire and personal injury;

5. The electrical control box and relevant electrical components shall not be splashed into water and kept away from water vapor, corrosive gas, dust, etc;

6. If the equipment is abnormal, please contact us in time or check it by an experienced professional electrician after stopping the power supply;

7. The workpieces to be cleaned should be hung with a washing basket or hanger with legs and put into the tank for cleaning. It is forbidden to put the workpieces directly into the tank bottom for cleaning, otherwise it may cause damage to the workpieces and cylinder bottom;

8. During equipment operation, there may be high temperature, high voltage, electrification on the terminal surface of electrical components, movement of transmission mechanism, sudden pressure and other factors that may cause personal injury in the body. Do not open the casing during operation to avoid operation without protection;

9. When the equipment is not used for a long time, please drain the cleaning solution, dry the inner tank and surface, and then protect it with film to prevent the equipment from corrosion and aging;

10. Maintain the ventilation, dryness and cleanness of the equipment workplace, which is conducive to the long-term and efficient operation of the equipment and the optimization of the working environment conditions;

11. If the cleaning solution is too dirty, it should be treated in time. Regularly clean the dirt in the cleaning tank and storage tank to keep the cleaning tank and its appearance clean, which can improve the durability of the cleaning tank.
