How to improve the welding of ultrasonic plastic alloys

The melting point of PC is 145℃, and the melting point of ABS material is 115℃. Although there is a difference in melting point between these two materials, they are not big, and they can be welded together to become PC/ABS alloy material. However, when the ultrasonic power is the same and the energy expansion is the same, the welding of materials with different melting points is certainly not as strong as the welding between the same materials.
 
PC and ABS materials can definitely be welded, so why sometimes the welding strength is not strong, and the phenomenon that it will be scattered after repeated drops? Since most PCs and ABS alloys are not very pure materials, many of them are miscellaneous nozzle return materials. This kind of nozzle containing miscellaneous materials affects their fusion with each other. Little knowledge of ultrasonic welding materials:
1. The higher the welding strength of plastic materials with the same melting point.
2. The greater the difference in melting point of the plastic material, the smaller the welding strength.
3. The higher the density of plastic materials, the higher the welding strength than the lower the density (high toughness).
