Using ultrasonic welding machine to weld products, improper use, will cause problems, let's analyze the reasons for the damage of internal parts?

     1. The machine power is too large;

     2. The pressure is too high and the welding time is too long;

     3. Ultrasonic vibration is too long in contact with the welding material;

     4. Ultrasonic mold problem, check mold;

     Solution:

     1. Reduce the power of the machine or change to a lower power machine;

     2. Reduce pressure and reduce ultrasonic welding time;

     3. Early ultrasonic vibration time (avoid contact vibration);

     4. Cushion rubber is cushioned at the force-bearing part of the bottom mold;

     5. Avoid dangling or gaps between the bottom mold and the product.

     1. Perform welding in several times.

     2. Increase the ultrasonic output power (increase the segment) or increase the welding time, pressure, etc.

     Through the above two methods, welding is achieved, but this also produces a lot of defective products and stable quality, because the voltage and air pressure directly affect the stability of the ultrasonic output power. That is to say, the quality of products using ultrasonic operations during work or peak hours is different from the stable quality after get off work. However, if everyone uses ultrasound after work, it is not work efficiency.

     Countermeasures to reduce the defect rate: the air pressure source adopts an independent method; it is required to install a voltage stabilizing device on the ultrasonic machine for products below 0.02m/m; adjust the number of output stages and increase the power, but in general, the power output is good during ultrasonic operation. It should be controlled between 2~4 stages. If it is necessary to work in 5~6 stages, the production time must be shortened as much as possible to avoid the loss of parts and vibrators. Increase the expansion of the energy amplifier (Horn upper die). However, if the degree of expansion exceeds 4:1, it will have a great impact on Horn itself, sound waves, and current. Like the machine itself, there is also a degree of load. If it exceeds the range, it will affect the service life of the machine, just like I have been under load for a long time. If you are working, you can't bear it.
