Solution to the deformation of ultrasonic welding products

Ultrasonic welding machines play an important role in the process of dissolving plastics. However, the current situation of product deformation often occurs in the production process of products, which makes us very puzzling.
There are three main reasons for product deformation:
1. The product is deformed and distorted due to conditions such as injection molding pressure.
2. The thickness of the product is thin (within 2m/m) and the length exceeds 60m/m.
3. The body and the object to be welded or the cover cannot match each other due to the angle or curvature.
When the deformation of the product occurs in the ultrasonic operation, it looks like the reason for the welding of the ultrasonic welding machine. In fact, it is the factor before the plastic product is not welded, and the result after the welding. If there is no discussion on the main cause, it will take a lot of time to deal with the problem of incorrect prescription. Moreover, in the ultrasonic indirect conduction welding operation (non-direct melting), the pressure below 6kg cannot change the bremsstrahlung and inertia of the plastic.
So don't try to use strong pressure to change the deformation before welding (the maximum pressure of the welding machine is 6kg), including forced extrusion with a mold fixture. Generally, we should take the following methods:
1. Analyze whether the upper and lower ultrasonic modes can be adjusted locally (when not necessary).
2. Analyze the main causes of product deformation and make improvements.
4. Reduce the ultrasonic welding time (reduce the strength standard).
5. Increase the hardening time (at least 0.8 seconds or more).
If your ultrasonic welding machine has the above conditions during the manufacturing process, you can try the above methods.
