When the amplitude is set to 17 nanometers, the welding strength of the solder joint is the largest, and then as the amplitude decreases, the strength also decreases. When it is as small as 6 nanometers, the joint can no longer be formed. This is caused by the relative movement speed being too small. When the amplitude is adjusted to exceed 17 nanometers, the strength of the solder joints is also reduced, but this is because the metal material is internally damaged.
