Because the ultrasonic welding machine is a high-tech welding method, this ultrasonic welding method does not require glue, and does not have the odor of pure heating to melt plastic. The speed of the ultrasonic welding machine is very fast, and it only takes a few seconds to make a product. The welding is completed, and the appearance of the welded product is beautiful without damage. Ultrasonic welding machines are more and more popular among users. However, there are several problems in the use of ultrasonic welding machines that need to be paid attention to by the production department. Otherwise, the ultrasonic welding of the product may be poor and the rejection rate will increase.

       To solve the above problems, we need to pay attention to:

       1. Adjust the drop pressure. The drop pressure has a very large relationship with the ultrasonic welding effect of plastic products. Generally, plastic products generate heat by ultrasonic vibration and friction to achieve the welding effect. We do not rely on pressure to achieve the welding effect, but pressure only plays a role. Therefore, the size of the pressure is very important, you must pay attention!

       2. The surface of the product is pasted with a protective film or a protective film is used for ultrasonic welding. Ultrasonic welding requirements of each customer are very different. Some products are not appearance surfaces. Ultrasonic welding needs to be firm, and there is no need to pay attention to appearance. But in most cases, the ultrasonic welding requirements of products are relatively high, such as U disks, mobile phone batteries, SD cards, mouse receivers, etc. How to solve the problem of product surface crushing and scratching has been plagued by ultrasonic welding machine adjustment engineers. To solve this problem, we need to start from many aspects, such as making the ultrasonic mold fit the product very well, and whether the ultrasonic mold is smooth or not.
       3. Adjust the ultrasonic welding time. The length of the ultrasonic welding time directly affects the quality of the products being ultrasonically welded. If the time is too long, the surface of the product will be embossed, and if the time is too short, the welding will be weak, false welding, and easy to fall off. Only adjust to the appropriate time according to the specific product needs is a good choice.
       Fourth, product positioning mechanism. When designing an ultrasonic welding plastic product, it is necessary to design the alignment mechanism of the upper and lower plastic parts of the product according to the characteristics of the product to avoid misalignment during ultrasonic welding.
