Working Principle

Ultrasonic welding machine is through the ultrasonic generator will be the current 220V, 50Hz or 110V, 60Hz electrical energy into 15kHZ or 20kHZ high-frequency electrical energy, and then converted by the transducer will be converted into high-frequency vibration of the electrical mechanical energy, through the welding head added to the plastic workpiece, through the surface of the workpiece and the inherent molecules in the friction and the interface of the temperature rises when the temperature reaches the workpiece itself.
