Ultrasonic welding can weld all hot-melt plastic products, so can acrylic (acrylic) materials be welded by ultrasonic technology?

   Acrylic and acrylic ultrasonic welding is possible. Acrylic ultrasonic welding has a very good effect. It is often used as a box, bottle bottom cap, etc. It is proved by welding experiments.

Acrylic (acrylic) material characteristics:

  1. Crystal-like transparency, light transmittance above 92%, soft light, clear vision, and acrylic colored with dyes have a good color development effect.

  2. Acrylic sheet has excellent aging resistance, high surface strength and surface gloss, and good high temperature characteristics.

  3. Acrylic sheets have excellent extrusion molding properties, and either thermoforming or precision machining can be used.

  4. The transparent acrylic board has a transmittance comparable to that of glass, but the density is only half that of glass. In addition, it is not as easy to damage as glass, and even if it is damaged, it cannot be as sharp as glass.

   5. Fire resistance: non-spontaneous but flammable items, no self-extinguishing.

6. Acrylic sheets have excellent printability and paintability, and appropriate color printing and coating techniques are selected to give acrylic products the dream surface decoration effect.

  7. The wear resistance of acrylic (acrylic) is close to that of aluminum, with good stability and resistance to corrosion by a variety of chemical substances.

   Acrylic material can be welded by ultrasonic, but after the electric welding, there will be some whitening in the electric welding, and the welding line must be arranged to be more beneficial to the welding of the goods.
