1. Welding method: The welding head vibrating with ultrasonic ultra-high frequency under moderate pressure makes the joint surface of the two plastics generate frictional heat and melt and join instantaneously. The welding strength is comparable to that of the main body. Suitable workpieces and reasonable interfaces are used. The design can be watertight and airtight, and avoid the inconvenience caused by the use of auxiliary products, and realize efficient and clean welding.
  2. Riveting method: Press the welding head with ultrasonic ultra-high frequency vibration to press the protruding tip of the plastic product to instantly heat and melt into the rivet shape, so that the materials of different materials are mechanically riveted together.
3. Implantation: With the help of the welding head and appropriate pressure, metal parts (such as nuts, screws, etc.) are instantly squeezed into the reserved plastic holes, and fixed at a certain depth. After completion, the tension and torque can be comparable The strength of the traditional in-mold molding can avoid the shortcomings of damage to the injection mold and slow injection.
4. Forming: This method is similar to the riveting method. The concave welding head is pressed against the outer ring of the plastic product. After the welding head undergoes ultrasonic ultra-high frequency vibration, the plastic is melted into shape and covered with the metal object to fix it, and The appearance is smooth and beautiful. This method is mostly used in the fixing of electronics, speakers, and lens fixing in cosmetics.
  5. Spot welding: A. There is no need to design the welding wire in advance to achieve the purpose of welding. B. For relatively large workpieces, it is not easy to design the welding line to perform split-point welding to achieve the welding effect, which can simultaneously spot weld multiple points. 6. Cutting and sealing: Using the working principle of ultrasonic instant vibration to cut chemical fiber fabrics, its advantages are smooth and clean without cracking or drawing.
   The principle of ultrasonic metal welding is a special method of connecting the same metal or dissimilar metals by using the mechanical vibration energy of the ultrasonic frequency (over 16KHz). When metal is ultrasonically welded, it neither delivers current to the workpiece nor applies a high temperature heat source to the workpiece, but under static pressure, the vibration energy of the frame is transformed into friction work, deformation energy and limited temperature rise between the workpieces. The metallurgical bonding between the joints is a solid state welding that is realized without the base material being melted. Therefore, it effectively overcomes the spatter and oxidation caused by resistance welding. Ultrasonic metal welding machine can perform single-point welding, multi-point welding and short strip welding on thin wire or sheet materials of non-ferrous metals such as copper, silver, aluminum, and nickel. It can be widely used in the welding of SCR leads, fuse pieces, electrical leads, lithium battery pole pieces, and tabs.
