Smart Cards New Technology for Producing RFID Inlays by 70Khz Ultrasonic Wire Embedding Machine
Radio frequency identification (RFID) inlays are manufactured throughout the world for many purposes: biometric passports, the contactless smart card market (e-ID, electronic healthcare cards, payment cards, public transportation), and for dual interface applications. At the same time, wire-embedded high frequency (HF) RFID antennas are available and offer a number of advantages over printed, etched, or galvanized variations.
Among others, the ability to freely select shapes is enticing for card and passport manufacturers, since this can lead to competitive advantages. Further benefits, such as environmental friendliness, durability, and improved product quality, also should be mentioned.

Description:
The existing ultrasonic embedding wire embossing machine basically adopts a professional motion controller with a high-speed CPU to ensure the high-speed response of complicated mechanical actions and complete complex multi-axis motion control so as to realize the precision embedding of complex products. The vacuum suction plate Absorbing material embedding, effectively ensure the accuracy of the antenna embedding a smooth; embedding thread buried by ultrasonic technology, the entire process of program control fully automatic operation, easy operation, stable and reliable operation; using two automatic cycle switching workbench Plate, refueling without downtime, high production efficiency; each group of buried wire antenna group are independent units, both at the same time, you can also choose one of the groups at the same time work, high flexibility. Winding process than the traditional winding machine to be fast, save manpower, and more stable performance.

Benefits:
In the production of PVC card, Contact/contactless Smart cards, Scratch cards, SIM cards, Rfid cards, Bank/banking cards Visa & MasterCard Scratch cards Keyfobs, Wristbands, adhesive labels/tgss, which need to dip tin coils and then welding.
ultrasonic welder can welding wire directly, the welding spot has the following benefits:
1. welding spot firm, prevent to cold Weld.
2. same size welding spot, consistency.
3. welding spot small, easy to press fit package.
4. eliminating the need for pre-welded solder dip process, can hire less one operations staff.
5. its welding is faster than iron.
6. the production process will not produce exhaust gas waste pollution.
7. 70KHz ultrasonic unit, speed welding, low production costs.
8. Stable frequency of ultrasonic automatic planting line machine, and could adjust frequency according to customer requirements.
What Is an RFID Inlay?
Radio-frequency identification, or RFID, technology provides identifying information about a person or an object, much like barcode technology does. The RFID inlay -- which can be as small as a grain of rice -- is the functional part of an RFID tag's label that encodes the identifying information. The RFID inlay uses radio frequency waves to relay information to a computer system via an RFID reader.
Components
The RFID inlay consists of two components. An integrated circuit or microchip that stores personal identifying information attaches to a small coil of aluminum, copper or silver wires called the antenna, which transmits and receives radio frequency signals. The microchip and antenna are then placed on a label, and the entire unit is encased in plastic.
How It Works
Data from the microchip passes to the RFID tag's antenna, where it is read by the antenna of an RFID reader and passed onto a host computer system for archival purposes, processing or analysis.
Types
RFID inlays are classified as "wet" or "dry." RFID inlays are considered "wet" if an adhesive is applied to the inlay to adhere it to a pressure-sensitive liner that comprises the label. Inlays are considered "dry" when the inlay is attached to the label without the use of an adhesive.
