Ultrasonic tire cutter
Introduction: Ultrasonic cutting uses ultrasonic energy to melt the material to be cut by local heating, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting the material. Due to the ultrasonic vibration of the cutting blade, the frictional resistance is very small, and the cutting material is not easy to adhere to the blade. It is especially suitable for cutting viscous and elastic materials, frozen materials (such as food, rubber, etc.) or objects that are inconvenient to pressurize.
Principle: The principle of ultrasonic cutting is completely different from traditional cutting. It uses ultrasonic energy to heat and melt various parts of the cutting material, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting the material. Therefore, ultrasonic cutting does not require sharp cutting edges, nor does it require a lot of pressure, so it will not cause the edges of the cut material to collapse and damage.
Traditional cutting technology: Traditional cutting is to press the cutting material into sharp edges. The pressure is concentrated on the edges, and the pressure is great. If the shear strength of the material to be cut is exceeded, the molecular bonds of the material will be pulled apart and severed. Since the material is hard drawn under strong pressure, the blade of the tool should be very sharp, and the material itself should withstand greater pressure. The cutting effect of soft elastic materials is not good, and the cutting of viscous materials is more difficult.
Why use ultrasonic cutting:
1. The cutting precision is very high, and the material will not be deformed.
2. The cutting surface has good smoothness and good bonding performance.
3. Easy to apply to automated production.
4. The cutting speed is fast, the efficiency is high, and there is no pollution.
5. The equipment is small in size and no special equipment is required for installation.
